Hi. Nice to hear from you. Okay, I'll just hang loose for a day. I did see 
on the Web page that you're supposed to wait for the mod to approve you. But 
I'm telling you, in the past I've had a number of Yahoo groups  experiences 
where applying by email simply didn't work. No one ever responded. Not after 
a day, not after a week. So until Yahoo began to use the CAPTCHA so an evil 
bot from outer space couldn't join the lists, I signed up online when I 
needed to join a Yahoo group. But now the CAPTCHA puts an end to that.

Well, we'll see. Damn, this can be frustrating.

It can take 24 hours or so to get the confirmation message returned.  Just
be patient until tomorrow.

I went to the Yahoo groups pages and began signing up for blindTech there,
but realized they have that CAPTCHA thing at the end of the sign up form,
and I've had really bad experiences trying to get Yahoo to help me with
those. Either no callback, or a call back from someone who doesn't
understand what the problem is, or someone who says they'll take care of it
and then doesn't.

So I got out of there, went into Outlook Express and used what I supposed
must be the email sign up address, and I was right. A few seconds later,
back comes the please confirm email. So I replied to it as instructed, but
nothing is coming back now, so far. No welcome message. This has happened to
me before when trying to sign up on a Yahoo list by email.

Can anyone help or advise me?
