Can anyone give me links to information about hand held scanners that blind 
people use to label items and identify them? As I've said a couple of time, 
I seem to remember these devices being discussed or at least referred to her 
on this list, and as I said, I want to look into them now as part of a plan 
to make my music CD collection accessible again.

Anybody remember what these devices  are, who sells them, and where to find 
information, reviews or anything about them? And if no one still feels like 
piping up, would someone please tell me the name and subscription address of 
a mailing list where I might ask this sort of question and be responded to? 
I remember there's a list called Blind Tech, for instance. Would that work? 
How do you subscribe?
