[gui-talk] reading messages I forward

Sometimes, when I forward a message to someone, I cannot read the message in order to edit it with JAWS. It just shows a bunch of blank lines. Yet, if I send the forwarded message to myself, I can read it. My latest example is a message from Independent Living Aids. When I forwarded it, I could not read the main body of the message. Are there settings I need to change? I am using Outlook Express. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
