For best quality, it is better to use 4x regardless of what your computer is
capable of.

Greetings. I have a basic burning question. I think I know the answer to
this, but I want to be sure. I have an older computer that burns at a 32X
speed. Even if I get CDR's that can be burned at 52X, my computer will still
burn at the 32X rate of my drive, right?
