[gui-talk] balloons

I think the problem I am having is with ballons.  Another instance is when I
close the instant Messenger Window, and I hear, "Windows Messenger is still
running, etc.  Click here to not show this message again."  Where do I
click.  I can't tab to it, and I can't find it with the JAWS cursor.
