[gui-talk] DLL relocation

Please reread the post in which I originally described my problem, as well 
as my later message saying that I'd been to the MS page, read the 
description of the problem that information pertains to, and then said 
clearly that this isn't what my problem is. It just happens to include 
something about DLL. Again, please reread my posts. Thanks for your 
response.

The problem is in the patch.  The one link is the explanation of the problem 
and the other is the corrective patch.  It has to do with specific sound 
software on the computer.
