Hello All,

We have fixed the bug specific to the Cingular 2125 with which the Remote
Activation Wizard hangs and thus a trial license cannot be obtained. Please
note that users of other devices who are not experiencing this problem do
not need to install this new build.

You can download MSS V1.0.1.037 from:

Note that you must uninstall the build you have right now before installing
this new one.

To uninstall Mobile Speak SmartPhone using Microsoft ActiveSync on the PC:
1. Connect the device to your PC.
2. Establish an ActiveSync partnership.
3. Open the ActiveSync window and go to the Tools > Add/Remove Programs
(Alt+T, then M).
4. From the list of installed applications, select "Code Factory Mobile
Speak SmartPhone".
5. Tab to the "Remove" button and press Enter. Press "OK" to confirm.

The device will automatically restart during the uninstallation process.
Please be patient and do not open Add/Remove Programs at least 30 seconds
after ActiveSync partnership is established again.

Note that you will have to repeat the steps described above to remove the
TTS. In Step 4, select the TTS instead of "Code Factory Mobile Speak
SmartPhone". The device will not restart after you uninstall the TTS.

To uninstall Mobile Speak SmartPhone on the device:
1. Activate the Start menu (LeftSoft on the Today Screen).
2. Arrow to "Settings" and press Enter.
3. In the list of items, navigate to "Remove Programs" and press Enter.
4. Use Up and Down arrow keys to focus on "Code Factory Mobile Speak
SmartPhone" in the list of applications, , then press the Right SoftKey to
open the menu and hit Enter on "Remove".
5. When asked to confirm, press the Left SoftKey to answer "Yes".

The device will automatically restart during the uninstallation process.
Please be patient. Connect the device to your PC and establish an ActiveSync
connection to uninstall the TTS. Alternatively, you can repeat the steps
above to remove the TTS using "Remove Programs' on the device if you have
sighted assistance or can perform the steps without speech output.
