[gui-talk] warning message in event viewer

Trying to help a relative who just received her new Dell XPS 400 desktop running XP media edition.  In her event viewer she has numerous warning messages under the inteldh group stating event ID 3 and a description of "error calling osb method".  Anyone got a clue what causes such warning messages?
