Actually Juice and Ipodder are exactly the same program.  Juice was 
the name given to Ipodder after Apple made the developers of Ipodder 
change the name of their program for legal reasons.  I've found 
Golden Ear to be a very accessible and free program for downloading 
podcasts.  With Golden Ear you can either download the podcast or 
listen to it without downloading the file.  Golden Ear is available 
from http://brooklynnorth.com.  There is also Accessible Podcatcher 
available from www.webbie.org.uk/accessiblepodcatcher/index.htm.  I 
haven't tried this program but it has been designed with visually 
impaired people in mind.  I hope this helps.
