Actually sometimes there was a demo version on some computers. you may want to go into the control panel under add-remove programs just to see if it's there or any part of it. Good luck.

Subject: [gui-talk] AVG install program
I downloaded the recently made available update of AVG Free Edition from the
Grisoft site. When I tried to install it, it warned me that there was an
old version of Roxio EZ CD/DVD Creator on my system which would interfere
with AVG.
I'm pretty sure I don't have the Roxio program. I would have to have
downloaded, installed it and, of course, paid for it, which ssurely would've
made me remember. I do have the latest version of the Poikasoft program
Easy CD/DVD Extractor, but that isn't the same thing.
I can't find the Roxio program in my Start/Programs list, nor under
Ad/Remove software in Control Panel.
Can anyone advise me, please?
Thanks.
