Hello,

    Get with the program at the expense of losing potential customers? I
don't think so. What he did was very inconsiderate and unfortunate. I
hope this lesson is learned and we'll have more intelligible screen
reader-friendly Main Menu Presentations in the future. Even FS doesn't
use such a fast speech rate when doing their demos. The Main-Menu folks
and others doing such product presentations should follow their example.
