With the latest Duxbury versions (10.5 and 10.6) you need to make sure that
the embosser is set to act upon escape sequences. Duxbury will send these
commands at the beginning of your file to set paper size, margins, etc., and
if the printer is not acting on them, it will print some gibberish at the
top of the file. That might be what's happening.
