How is your parallel port set up in BIOS? And, are you running the Duxbury printer drivers when printing to your embosser???

 Hi all,
At work, we are running a network. I've got the latest version of duxbury
and just got a new juliet pro 60. I'm using the paralele port to print. I'm
running windows xp pro on a hp computer. There are two things I noticed that
 happen
 1. when I give the print command, there is a loud sound from the hp
computer. It only lasts for about a second. The document will print but
 2. at the very top of the page, there are unintelligible print commands that
 make no sense.
Ive talked to duxbury and they haven't found any problem with my files.
Has anyone had this type of problem when on a network? Is there anything
about the hp computer I should know which might cause this problem?
 Thanks.
