Hello,

I am experiencing a strange phenomenon with the free edition of agv.  I just ran a full system scan.  The program indicated that there was one infected file with a Trojan horse generic qrz.  At the end of the scan the program informed me that no files were cleaned or as it puts it no files were "healed".  Can anyone tell me how to resolve this one?  To my knowledge all the settings in avg are correct.  Thanks in advance.
