Hi,

I bought a Hamilton-Beach talking microwave from Best Buy and it is working
perfectly. I'm sorry your Mom had trouble with hers, but that does not mean
they are all defective, despite what you were told by the person at Wall
Mart.

If you go to the best buy web page, don't type in talking microwave, you
will not find it.  Personally I wouldn't buy the thing, as it has too menny
buggs in it.
I know this, because, my daughters mother bought one, and she wownd up
taking it back to wall-mart, because the main surckit board that controls
every thing in it from the speech to the genneral opperation of the unit
faild.
When she took the microwave back to Wall-mart, she was told by the people at
custamer servis that they had sold out the alotment that they were shipped,
and that every one of them that were sold had come back with the same
problum as the one that she had just returned.
