It's okay, Ed. I explained as best as I could what was unclear. I'm just
gonna assume that you meant what I guessed you to mean, and go ahead with
this and not fear the consequences. Thanks again.

Ed,
Thanks for your response. Just checking to be sure I've understood you

correctly. You say:

...when it comes time to download IE 7 you will get a separate dialog
box
come up which opens
itself in a new window which will ask you if you want to download and
install IE 7 now, install later, Etc.

do you mean, when the update procedure comes to the place where it's
about
to download IE7? Or,to put it another way, "when it's time for IE7 to
be
downloaded?" The way you expressed it is ambiguous enough to make me
imagine that maybe you thought I'd be clicking on each item separately.

Sorry if that's confusing to hear me say, but it's just a grammar
thing, and
I'm not always good at figuring out what is meant in situations like
this by
the way people sometimes say things.
Thanks. Again, here's what I think everyone's saying: I just click on
the
button to get all the updates listed, and all of them will simply
download
and install themselves excdept for IE7. When the procedure comes to
IE7, it
will stop and give me that warning dialogue allowing me to decline
either
the download of IE7 altogether or at least the installation of it.
