[gui-talk] L-G 5100 cell phone question

Hello Everyone,
My contract is almost up with Verizon and my LG 4500 phone is also coming to 
end.  I can get a L-G 5300, blue tooth enabled however this is a camera 
phone however the sales person at Verizon states that the phone will talk 
right out of the box.
Does anyone have any info on this phone?  Will it talk right out of the box? 
Is blue tooth easy to use for a blind person?  Verizon als offers a 
Navigator feature for $3.00 for 24 hours at a time will the naviagator talk 
while providing directions?
Thanks for any info you may have to assist me with a new cell phone.
