[gui-talk] CTRL-H in Outlook Express

I don't know.  I just pressed insert 8 from within OE and it seemed to give 
me a list of a bunch of different programs, not all of which are actually 
even on my machine.  I tabbed once, and the only control is labeled "add to 
dictionary."  I have no idea what this is all about.
