Even though I filled out the annual questionnaire and returned it to APH 
indicating that I wish to continue receiving Newsweek on tape, I've just 
received another notice from them just now as if I hadn't returned their 
sheet just a month or two ago, already.  I didn't check the box, of course, 
the person who helps me with my snail mail that requires response of that 
sort did.  But I know we mailed it.

I don't feel like just sending them back their form again.  Who knows what 
the problem might be that they didn't receive my first response?  I'd prefer 
to just call them up and talk to them.

Is there a phone number,toll free if possible?  Thanks.
