Hi Wayne -- a version of ftp (command line version) comes with windows,
which you access from the run dialog. But as I said, if you are used to
using internet explorer and windows explorer, you can get the file transfer
functionality by just using the ftp:// url syntax.

Apologies for the second message, but one thing I forgot was: is it possible
to use FTP with Windows XP? And if so, how might I set it up? If I can just
upload pages within My Computer or something like that, then that would be
even better than spending the $40 registration fee for some of these
programs.
