Ok, well I don't wish to tell people what they ought to buy and what
they ought not to buy but Dil computers have received some terrible
quality control write-ups lately along With HP and yes, I'll be open
minded and also say that Apple have come in for their fare share of
flack too in this regard.

When I got my Ibook, I had a problem with the track pad but it was
attended to quickly by Apple. As I purchased my machine second-hand,
I expected to pay but I was most pleasantly surprised to find out
that Apple had treated my problem as a warrantee job and I was
charged nothing, just goes to show that some company's still value
good customer relations and PR, I now have a further 3 year warrantee
on my machine.
