[gui-talk] ocr recommendation

Hello listers,

    First let me say that I'm new to this list.  I read about it from 
another list.

    I am having a terrible time trying to scan with my HP PSC 1600 
scanner.  I've tried both omnipage pro versions 10 and 15.  I've also 
tried Fine reader version 8.  I just can't get them to scan more than 
one page and recognize the text.  Any help would be greatly 
appreciated.  Thanks.
