Did you try looking at E-Backup on www.jfwlite.com/programs ?
E-Backup backs up Outlook or OE mail, address book, Favorites, and a bunch 
of other things, and there are scripts there for jaws.
I haven't tried backing up on one computer then restoring on another, so 
can't say for sure if it would be good for that, but even if you can't 
restore your email identities on the new machine, you can manually copy and 
paste your favorites by going directly to

C:\Documents and Settings\loginName

and manually zipping the Favorites folder and copying it.  It does work.
