[gui-talk] Need help resetting Google Tool Bar

Some months ago, with the help of an online audio tutorial I somehow got a
link to, I learned how to install the Google Tool Bar and then to enable its
pop-up blocker.

Since then, I've figured out that the Google pop-up blocker seems to be
preventing some new Web pages, as well as devices like the audio players
some sites use to play samples (e.g., audible.com), and one knowledgeable
friend says that some of these may be Java-based presentations that for some
reason I don't understand can't be allowed even by pressing the pop-alert
defeat keystroke, which for me is Shift Enter although they always say it's
control enter.

I found the page one level into Google where you can download and install
the Google Tool Bar, but I don't see any instructions for uninstalling it
(the pop-up blocker is the only feature I use, so I'm not going to miss the
Tool Bar). Of course, I can't just see the tool bar and see if there's some
way to uninstall it from the screen, or even just turn off the pop-up
blocker, which would be good enough for me, since the tool bar isn't
bothering me otherwise.

But I can't remember how I learned to install it with Jaws and activate the
pop-up blocker, so I can't figure out how to do anything about this.

Can anyone refresh my memory and give instructions? Also, I'm planning to
simply activate the IE6 pop-up blocker, which I'd never noticed was there.
Is anyone familiar with its behavior, the terms I express concern about,
above?

Thanks,

Joel
