[gui-talk] portable scanner query

Hi, Listers,

I went to the nfb.org web site but the info on the NFB/Kurzweil portable reader was two years old.

Does anyone, more in the know, have any information about when this device is scheduled to be released or how much it will cost?
I think they are finishing there trials of the device if the 2004 time frame is correct.
