[gui-talk] Start menu question in Windows XP

Hi everyone,
    For some time now, I have not been able to get the menu to come up when
I highlight an item and either right click or hit the applications key. I'd
like to remove some items and rearrange the order of items in my start menu,
but since I can't get the menu that allows this to come up, I'm not sure
what I can do. Is there any way to restore this function? I don't have any
problem anywhere else, this only happens in the start menu.
