[gui-talk] Internet Explorer refuses to open some links

In Internet Explorer hit alt-t tools, shift-tab once to the tabs control, right arrow to the Privacy Tab, then tab to the pop-up blocker check box.  It should be unchecked.

p.s.  It is probably some sort of pop up blocker that is preventing you from doing what you want.  It sees a new window as a spam popup.
