I have them both, and they are similar. Book port has more features that are
tergeted for blind users such as the ability to move through text files by
character, and it also has a note taker function, although you will need to
write everything in computer braille. It's also a bit more expensive than
the bookcourier. Honestly, I like the courier better mainly because the
interface is a bit easier, and I never use the note taker feature.

as to whether to go for BookPort or BookCourier.
