Hi folks.
I submitted this inquiry on these 2 lists some time ago but did not
receive any responses at that time so I figured I would try again as I
am sure some folks have unsubscribed and others have re-joined the lists
in the last 3 months or so.
I am wondering if anyone knows of any blind/visually impaired
person/persons who are successfully working at administering Novell
servers.
I am specifically asking in reference to administering Novell Groupwise
as simple Novell Directory Services administration is relatively
accessible using a screen reader in conjunction with the Netware
Adminostrator package and the Novell web interface.
However; tasks like creating, deleting, changing passwords etc related
to Novell Groupwise email boxes are not able to be done using Netware
Administrator to the best of my knowledge.
I have not had any luck getting Novell ConsoleOne to work in conjunction
with the Java AccessBridge.
I am using Jaws 7 on a desktop running windows xp pro.
The groupwise is v6.5.
The last version of ConsoleOne I tried was 1.3.6E.
I tried it in conjunction with AccessBridge 1.4
Any help anyone could provide is greatfully appreciated.
Best, Ed.
