[gui-talk] getting into the bios on a Dell

Could someone tell me how to get into the bios on a Dell computer?  I 
need to learn how to set my computer to boot from the CD Rom first 
when I would like to use my Unattended Disc creator software.  I will 
have sighted help while doing this.
