[gui-talk] clearing a document from the Braille Blazer's memory

It depends a little on your configuration.  If you have a "settings" entry on your start menu, there should be a "printers 
and Faxes" there, or you need to find it in Control Panel.  Open that up and arrow down to the entry being used for your 
printer.  

Now, bring up the file menu and arrow down to Cancel All Documents and press ENTER.  Answer "Y" to the "are you 
sure" prompt.  Some of this may vary a little depending upon the version of Windows you have but these instructions 
should get you close.
