Dear Marsha:

If you will Google Easy Cleaner by Tonyarts I'm sure you'll be happy with 
it's capabilities although one must be aware there is always a chance for 
corrupting things when using any such program.  I have never had any 
problems even though I use it to clean the registry.

It is speech friendly although the only clue when a task is complete is to 
cycle through the options to be sure that "select all" and "delete all" has 
been added to the menu options. Also one must use 'close" to go from one 
option to another.
