[gui-talk] Fwd: building or purchasing tactile VU meter

What webpage has the schematic and the info about this meter?  And why does
this keep saying "snip"?  (at first, I thought it was saying "sniff' as in
"sniff sniff I can't afford to buy this!"  Pam.
