[Faith-talk] blindness NOT equivalent to demon-possession!!!

Hi everyone,

To even link blindness and "possession" is eccentric at best and outrageous 
at worst.

Now it may be considered a delicate way of expressing it, but I believe that 
blindness is a result of the influence of sin in the world; that's not 
saying it's direct cause is necessarily sin -- as Alicia quoted from John 9.

I do believe in the possibility of "possession" not because of moral laxness 
but the worship of demons which usually results from it.

Some misguided Christians, though, seem to want to attribute far too much to 
Satan's direct work and (for that matter) talk too glibly about miracles as 
well.
