[Faith-talk] Introducing myself

Hi, everyone!

Rhanda, I'm glad you introduced yourself.  You sound a lot like me, at least 
as far as having been involved in different denominations.  I was raised 
Catholic, came to know Christ in an Assembly of God church when I was 15, 
but attended a United Methodist congregation with my Mom and stepdad.  Then 
I went to a Bible college which was run by the Independent Christian 
Churches/Churchs of Christ, but while I went to college, I attended a 
Missouri Synod Lutheran church.  One of my friends called me a, "religious 
mutt."  I thought that was amusing.  But being involved with so many 
different denominations has taught me a lot, doctrinally speaking.  It's 
helped to find what I do and do not believe, how various Christians view 
Scripture, etc.

Also like you, I have been blind all of my life.  I look forward to reading 
more from you.
