[Faith-talk] Leukemia Battle Lost; Prayer for Strength for Other Family Members

Hello everyone,

    As promised, I told you I would keep you posted about my Uncle Jim's 
leukemia. I found out today from my parents that he passed away Friday in 
Madison. There will ve a visitation Tuesday night, and a funeral on 
Wednesday. My dad is flying out on Tuesday, and will return on Thursday. 
Please pray for strength for his wife, Karen. I plan to send her an email 
condolence once I get the address. He also had two children--a son, Tim, and 
a daughter Cheri, both grown and with children of their own. It sounds like 
there will be plenty of family there for support. I know Linda already knows 
this news, but I am sending this out for the benefit of the other list 
members.

    As for now, it's back to work tomorrow for me until spring break in 
March. Take care, and I pray everyone had a blessed New Year.
