I am sorry you have to endure so much pain.  I frequently have back pain,
headaches, and recently, dizziness.  I take Darvocet for my pain, also.  I
will be praying for you.  Listers, can you, please pray for me?

Hello Linda and listers,

    There's a method to this madness. It was my choice as I'll be sitting a
lot during the national convention and want to be comfortable and enjoy
myself rather than be miserable and wrestles due to post-operative pain. The
doctor prescribed Darveset for the pain so I have a weapon of war to use
should it get out of control as it did earlier today.

    Mary will be visiting her folks next month and will be gone for about a
week. She wants to be here when the surgery occurs. In fact she wants to
stay with me at the hospital should they decide to keep me over-night for
observation as they did in 1990. Some of you know that I've had some rather,
"Interesting" hospital stays. In 1990 I found out I was being kept in for
observation when I woke up and that I and one other patient would spend the
night in the maternity ward. A few of you also know about the crazy things
that happened when I had eye surgery in 1983; events that could easily serve
as the plot for a movie.

    Speaking of maternity wards supper is cooking so let me not, "Belabor"
this message and attend to our chicken soup. Thanks for the prayers and
thoughts.
