I realize that this unusual and a bit off topic for these groups probably but have a computer question.  I am having problems with my ie.  everytime I go to log off the net I get an error report.  I've tried to  down load again the program but no luck. now i think I need to do  a total restore  will this completely destroy all my saved files or what can I do
