Hello,

Awhile back, when I asked for helpful scripture to
share with a friend suffering from depression, a
pastor-friend of mine came back to me with the
following list of scripture.  Below is the list of 17
scripture references.  Then below that are each of the
references with the actual scripture included.  I
thought perhaps they would be of help to you, or
someone you know of right now.

Deuteronomy 31:8 (NIV)
The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you;
he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be
afraid; do not be discouraged.

Psalm 34:15-17  (NKJV)
