Hello all,
This crafs effort would make a useful and enjoyable
listserv, I'm sure. Unfortunately it's not talking
about just a listserv. It says, "division." What is a
division needed for, for such an area of life, please?
A list, fine. But a division for this? I thought
divisions were formed in areas where the NFB could help
to make progress, to help improve situations for those
who are blind? It seems to me, at first thought
anyway, that a "division" formed for crafts could
easily take away from the seriousness of the rest.
Like it's being watered down far too much or something.
Not sure, exactly. Just seems silly. A list would be
great. I'm there. I enjoy crafts with my daughters
all the time. But a division? Come on. A crafts
division is something I'd expect from other more
"social" groups, not the NFB. Seems like there's a
lack of focus somewhere. A lack of understanding for
mission, maybe.
