Hello Hayley,

It's good to hear from you.  I'm glad to hear that you have started 
to read the Bible.  Continue to do that, and you'll find out more 
about God.  If you have accepted Jesus as your Savior, you should be 
able to be baptized, no matter what your age.  You need to do that in 
obedience, which you understand; but baptism will not save you.  I'll 
pray that you may be baptized soon, and that you won't have to wait 
until you're 18.
