Dear Jo Ann and others,
About three years ago, all of a sudden my internet service provider 
would not let the notes and emails of one of my best friends through.
He was certainly frustrated as his mails got sent back.  But my 
service provider said that Charter.net was not even trying to control 
the spam that was sent out on it. Hence, they were blocking all email 
from charter.net
So my friend's letters were blocked for awhile, till the charter.net 
decided to do something.

Just to give some of you an idea why there may be a problem.  Other 
than what I've said, I don't really  know anything.
