[Faith-talk] My Mother's Weekly Update

Good evening everyone,

    I tried sending a message earlier, but it bounced back because I typed 
two hyphens instead of one. Lord willing, this one will go through.

    Anyway, I mentioned in the other message that I talked to my mother 
early yesterday afternoon, and she is in good spirits in spite of the 
chemotherapy. She went into the session at one o'clock this past Friday, and 
did not finish until five o'clock. The next session on February 23 will not 
be as long. The doctor gave her some anti-nausea pills which make her 
drowsy, but she has not reacted to the drugs from the chemotherapy treatment 
as my brother Tom had. Praise God!

    At any rate, that is my update. Mother thanked me for calling, and I 
must have been on the phone with her at least 10 minutes. No doubt I will 
call her next weekend, too, so I will continue to post and let you guys know 
how she is doing.

    As always, thank you for your continuous prayers, and I will send 
another update next week. God bless all of you.
