		Hi Tara.  You're not really being singled out.  Sarah did it, too, 
and she was able to fix it so that her reply is at the top.  Like 
Penny, I use Eudora, and it's set that way by default.  Try going to 
tools, then options, and look for replying with your arrow 
keys.  Then tab through the choices.

I never noticed before when other messages came in like that.  I 
didn't know to read further, way below, and find the new message.  I 
figured that mistakes were made.  Truthfully, I didn't know that 
replies were done any other way except at the top.  I'm not too 
computer savvy.  I'm sorry you've been hurt.  Hang in there.  I hope 
I have  explained so you'll understand.
