Hey all!
First off, let me just say that I think this group is amazing already. I
joined a few days ago but wanted to wait to see what this is all about, just
to feel it out a bit. And I can already see that a lot of this is very
practical and applicable. So thanks for sharing! :)

Anyway, my name is Sarah Meyer, and I'm a senior in high school. I live in
Kokomo, Indiana and plan to attend Indiana Wesleyan University in the fall
to major in Christian Ministries. I'm not 100% sure yet what career I will
specifically enter in to, but I know that a background in ministry will
prepare me well and that God will lead me exactly where I am to be. At this
point, I am thinking about youth ministry, Christian counseling, or missions
work, but who knows? Anything could happen over the next few years. I'm just
praying for clear direction. Anyway, I'm just stoaked about college and
learning about God's will for my life!!!

I'm very interested in learning from some of you who are pastors, leaders,
or any others who somehow are actively involved in full-time ministry. If
anyone would be open to chatting about his/her experiences, I would greatly
appreciate any advice or basic conversation about serving in ministry
without allowing blindness to become a limitation.

You all seem so encouraging and supportive, and I appreciate that very much.
