Hi Beth. You will receive your own posts whenever you send one to any list you're on. That's because everyone gets everything. All lists work the same, NFB included. It's the nature of listserves. When you see yours, you will know that it got through and you can just delete it without opening it. That's what I do. Blessings, Linda
