You might ask on music talk, musictlk-subscribe at nfbnet.org to subscribe. I know they have talked about this before.

I'd really like a decent accessible tuner to help me tune my harp. I'm using the Talking Tuner app on my phone, but it's not so great. There are notes it doesn't hear at all, and others where it says 3 different things before I even make an adjustment.

Any piano technicians here? What do you use? Or does anyone know of something?

My sighted friends have electronic tuners and do the job bing bam boom. Not me.

Tracy
