[Electronics-Talk] Problem Sending Email under iOS10

I have an iPhone 7+ running iOS 10. I'm having a problem sending email;
every time I hit Send, I get a message saying that the message has been left
in my outbox due to the server not accepting mail requiring relays. Say
*what/* I haven't a clue how to fix this. But this is double-plus
unsatisfactory.

 

Any help is appreciated.
