[Electronics-Talk] Victor Stream Issue

I have the latest Victor Stream Reader and the latest software installed.  I've downloaded some books from the NLS Bard website, via the Stream.
The current book being read has about an hour left on it.  Ever-so-often, the Steam will announce a book has been successfully downloaded.
Now I'm getting this message that says, "NLS Bard failed.  Not enough space on internal memory."
I tried removing the disc, and powered it up again, and I still got the same message.
Anybody have a solution to this problem?
