Yep, and it has four buttons, each of which speak the function as you set 
it.  There's a large button on the very right hand side which starts and 
stops the timer.  From left to right, the buttons are as follows:

1.  Set the hour.

2.  Set the minute.

3.  Timer confirmation of set time and timer status.
4.  Start and stop the timer.

Check the Aids and Appliance store on the NFB website.  I bought one there
some months back.  Seems like it was maybe $10.

Now that I am living back with my mom to save money she requires me to cook
my share of food and do it in the oven and stove lol. I was curious to know
of a easy to use talking timer? I want one preferably with buttons not a
